Sex assault charges held for court against Uniontown man

State police said a 25-year-old Uniontown man accused of sexually assaulting a young boy will stand trial. Trooper Timothy A. Kirsch said Theodore Hardying Thomas III, 25, was charged May 29 with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. held all charges against Thomas for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing last month.
