David J. Lazuka Jr., of Edenborn, (McClellandtown), Pa., passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH FUNERAL HOME, Corner of Church and 7 River Avenue, Masontown, Pa., today, July 2, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in ALl Saints R. C. Church, Masontown, Pa., with the Rev. Fr John M. Butler as Celebrant.

Parish Wake Service will be held this afternoon at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
