Patricia Ann Klima, 58, of Blainesburg, Pa. passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in Allegheny General Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was born on February 13, 1952 in Brownsville, PA, the Daughter of Helen Eicher Stagesin of Hiller, PA and the late Pete Stagesin.

Patty was formerly employed as the church secretary for the former St. Mary’s R.C. Church of Brownsville, PA.

Patty’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She was a wonderful friend to many people and an amazing, generous, and caring wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother.

Patty led a selfless life and always put other people before herself. She was a huge part of her family’s life and will never be forgotten.

Patty was preceded in death by her father: Pete Stagesin and her father-in-law: John B. (Red) Klima.

Patty is survived by her loving husband of 31 years: John E. Klima; Best friend and daughter: Erica Miller and her husband Josh – Scottdale, PA; Cherished son: Matthew Klima and his fiancee Brieann McGavitt – Coal Center, PA; Her precious angel, her grandson: Brody Miller; Mother: Helen Stagesin – Hiller, PA; two Sisters: Helen Duggan and husband John – Idaho and Mary Chamberlain and husband Ray – Brownsville, PA; Mother-in-law: Susan Klima – Blainesburg, PA; Brothers-in-law: George Klima and wife Gail Shoup – North Carolina, Jerry Klima – Uniontown, PA and Mark Klima and wife Jill – State College, PA; Sister-in-law: Anita McMasters and husband Dave – Coal Center, PA; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends will be received in THE SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, PA today from 2 PM until 8 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM until 11 AM where a blessing service will be held with The Rev. Fr. Vincent Gigliotti officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
