Dunbar Twp. State police said a utility trailer owned by Destiny Resources, no address available, was stolen from a location on Green Briar Road between June 25 and June 26. Uniontown Woman charged

Donna Jo VanSickle, 24, no address available, was charged with drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 3:12 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Henry Clay Twp. Vandalism reported

Kenneth Santmyer Jr. of Markleysburg told police that vandals damaged his pickup truck while it was parked in Henry Clay Township between 4 p.m. Monday and 7:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Smithfield Man charged

State police said Robert Anthony Durst II, 20, of Martin was charged with drunken driving and underage drinking following a traffic stop on New Geneva Road May 21.

State police said a dirt bike owned by Steven Sekeres of Connellsville was stolen from a location on Miles Road between 9 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday.

German Twp. Items stolen

State police said items owned by Roger Thomas Jr. of Adah were stolen from his home at 214 Ball Hill Road between May 1 and Tuesday.

East Bethlehem Twp. Woman charged

Natalie M. Koci, 23, of Brownsville was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Route 88 on June 26, state police said.

North Union Twp. Burglary attempted

Paul Priester Jr. told police that someone tried to break into a home he owns of Bennington Road on June 19, state police said.

South Union Twp. Curb damaged

State police said a vehicle damaged a curb at Best Way Pizza on West Main Street on June 27.

Rostraver Twp. Sex offender arrested

Dung Lee, 39, of Belle Vernon was arrested for failing to register with state police as a sex offender on Thursday, state police said. He was arrested at 560 Circle Drive, arraigned and placed in the Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond, police said.

Uniontown House burns

Uniontown Fire Department responded to a vacant house fire at 12:17 a.m. Saturday on Connellsville Street. State police fire marshal was called in to investigate. No other details on the fire were available Saturday night.

South Union Twp. Teens charged

State police charged James Smith, 19, Brownsville and a 16-year-old juvenile from Brownsville with retail theft Friday after they were accused of stealing $79.24 worth of merchandise from the K-Mart store, 99 Matthews Drive, Uniontown.

Wharton Twp. Man charged

Roger Drake III, 28, Ohiopyle was charged Friday with theft and receiving stolen property.

Drake is accused of taking three LCD televisions, a Nintendo Wii gaming system and a white gold necklace with “S” shaped diamond charm from the residence of Leslie Ann Drake, 51, of Chalk Hill-Ohiopyle Road.

Ryan Scott Cunningham, 25, no address given, was charged with recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, fleeing from police and multiple summary traffic offense following a incident on Route 857 at Burgess Field Road around 2:41 a.m. Saturday.

Bullskin Twp. Man cited

State police cited against Daniel S. Mariana, 33, of Mount Pleasant after he allegedly intentionally punctured a hole in the side of a swimming pool owned by Lisa Marie Miller, 33, of 238 Circle Drive, Mount Pleasant.

North Union Twp. Theft reported

A black Apple iPod owned by Johnathan Campbell, 19, of Uniontown was stolen Thursday from the Union Station Clubhouse. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-439-7111.

Henry Clay Twp. Man arrested

State police arrested Shawn Michael Riggle, 19, of Markleysburg for burglary and theft charges Friday.

Riggle and James Savage, 20, were both charged June 16 for entering the residence of Harvey Earl Maust of Braddock Road, Markleysburg, and removing shotguns.

Riggle was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis and committed to the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Fayette City Items stolen

Cody Wickerham of Fayette City told state police someone entered his residence and removed a 46-inch Vizio television and PlayStation 3 game system between June 19 and Friday.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Vehicles collide

No one was injured when four cars collided as a result of a chain-reaction crash along Everson Valley Road at 5:45 p.m. Friday.

Drivers were listed as Ashley Poklembo, 27, Connellsville; Kenneth P. Robbins, 29, Connellsville; Andrew M. Lonigro, 23, McKeesport; and Beth A. Sipe, 25, Connellsville.

Perry Twp. Vehicle shot

State police said sometime Thursday someone shot a BB gun at a vehicle parked at a residence along Harmony Church Road.

Perry Twp. One-vehicle crash

State police charged Harry T. Ducarme Jr., 21, Vanderbilt with reckless driving when the vehicle he was driving traveled off the berm of the road, west of Cemetery Road, striking a utility pole and then traveling through a grassy field for approximately 100 yards before coming to a stop in a ditch at 3:50 a.m. Friday. Ducarme was not injured.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Sign damaged

A vehicle traveling southbound on Route 119 in the right lane struck a traffic sign along the west berm around 10:30 a.m. June 26. The driver continued on without stopping or providing information.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Vehicle damaged

A vehicle parked in the rear lot at National Envelope was struck by another vehicle Tuesday, damaging the passenger side front.

Perry Borough Harassment

State police responded to the Frazier Middle School at 5:30 p.m. Thursday when a 20-year-old woman and a 64-year-old woman, both of Perryopolis, were involved in an altercation.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Two charged

Edward W. Brogan, 40, Pittsburgh and Duane E. Fiano, 42, Connellsville were charged with simple assault and harassment by state police, following a fight at 4:35 p.m. Friday along Wedding Lane, near McClure Road. Both suffered minor injuries.

South Union Twp. Mailbox damaged

Melinda Rugg, 53, of Hopwood told state police someone damaged her mailbox sometime between 1 p.m. and 8 a.m. June 18-19.

Springhill Twp. Man charged

State police charged Christopher Watkins, 25, of Point Marion with DUI and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop along Route 119 around 4:30 a.m. on June 4.

North Union Twp. Flowerpot stolen

Carl Chess, 78, of Hopwood told state police early Friday someone damaged a flowerpot, lawn light and took a flowerpot before fleeing the scene.

Wharton Twp. Juvenile cited

State police cited a juvenile from McKeesport with under-age drinking following a traffic stop along Route 40 at Marker Road at 11 p.m. Friday. The juvenile was a passenger in a vehicle, which was stopped for weaving and littering.
