Wedding anniversary
Uniontown news Patsy and Sarah Petro of Uniontown will celebrate their 63rd wedding anniversary Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Varndell of Price, Utah, will celebrate their 43rd wedding anniversary Thursday. They have four children and four great-grandchildren.

Austin Thomas, son of Bill and Anna Thomas, will be a birthday celebrant Wednesday.
Thursday marks the birthday of Nancy Williams.
Clare Marie Tupta of Charleston, Va., daughter of Dr. Michael and Marie Tupta, will celebrate a birthday Thursday.
Karen Mick will celebrate a birthday Monday.

Reunion planned
The Uniontown High School Class of 1948 will hold a reunion Sept. 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Holiday Inn with a social gathering.
On Sept. 18, a dinner and dance will be held at the Holiday Inn beginning at 4 p.m. Pictures will be taken at 5 p.m. Deadline for reservations is Aug. 17.
