Clarence E. “Ted” Owens Jr., 85, graduated from Scottdale High School in 1943, served in the United States Army and National Guard for over 20 years, retired from United States Steel’s Irvin Works (Galvanized Lineman after 30 years service) passed Sunday, July 4, 2010. Survived by two brothers: Thomas Richard Owens (Jean) and Dr. William H. Owens (Kathleen); nieces; nephews; pets: Buster, Sarah, Joey, Sami
