ARDs The following people were recently admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in Fayette County Court.
The program is generally for first-time, non-violent offenders. It offers them an opportunity to serve a term of probation in exchange for having their court record expunged.
Those who are admitted to the program for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally have to participate in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school and can be required to forfeit their license for a period of time.
