Basinger earns scholarship

Shelley Basinger, a Greene County Career & Technology cosmetology student from Jefferson Morgan High School, was awarded The Nina Doman Scholarship at a recognition ceremony held on May 20. This annual award is given to the outstanding senior in the cosmetology class at GCCTC.
