Gift card stolen
Menallen Twp. State police said someone opened mail addressed to Tina Pike of Smock and stole a $100 gift card on Upper Middletown Road between July 6 and Monday. Police ask anybody with information about the theft to call the station at 724-439-7111. Bullskin Twp. Driver injured
State police said Elwood Richter, 75, of Connellsville suffered moderate injuries when the small pickup truck he was driving traveled off of Breakneck Road, through a ditch and struck a utility pole at 2:50 p.m. July 6. He was flown to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment, police said.
North Union Twp. Woman charged
Trespass charges were filed against Kimberly Deeds, 25, of Uniontown for allegedly violating a defiant trespass order at Woodview Terrace at 8 a.m. Monday, state police said.
Henry Clay Twp. Car struck bear
A vehicle driven by Richard Fazenbaker, 60, of Gibbon Glade hit the left side of a black bear on Route 40 west, about 1,100 feet west of Short Road at 9:50 p.m. Sunday, state police said.
The driver was not injured, but his passenger, Sharon Fazenbaker, 60, suffered a minor injury, police said. The male bear was crossing the road from the right berm when it was hit, police said. Police did not report on the fate of the bear.
Franklin Twp. Four cited
Lindsey Gilbert of Holbrook, James Garber of Spraggs, Michael Clouser of East Waterford and Eric Badgley of Benton Harbor, Mich., were charged with disorderly conduct following a fight at Buddy’s Bar at 9:55 p.m. Saturday, state police in Waynesburg said.
Bullskin Twp. Men cited
Charges were filed against Donald McCarty, 41, of Monongahela and Wilbur Lilley Jr., 29, of Connellsville for allegedly hitting and shoving Larry Nicholson, 30, of Uniontown at the Sunoco Honey Bear gas station on Route 119 at 4:45 a.m. July 7, state police said.
South Union Twp. Man charged
William Lee Kubia Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with stealing a credit card owned by Christine Kubia of Uniontown and using it to buy $6,978 worth of merchandise from stores in North Union and South Union townships between June 5 and 22, state police said. He was arraigned on Friday and placed in the Fayette County Prison pending a preliminary hearing, police said.
Wharton Twp. Debit card stolen
Roger Williamson Darke III, 28, of Ohiopyle was charged with stealing a debit card owned by Leslie Darke of Ohiopyle and using it to withdraw $2,311 from the victim’s savings account between May 10 and June 16, state police said.
He was arraigned July 8 and placed in the Fayette County Prison pending a preliminary hearing, police said.
Georges Twp. Charges filed
Robert Dale Campbell, 40, was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct and Robert Matthew Campbell, 19, and a 16-year-old boy were charged with harassment for allegedly assaulting Shaun Michael Cunningham, 33, of Uniontown in front of 157 Circle St. at 2:35 p.m. July 4, state police said.
North Union Twp. Man charged
Disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and harassment charges were filed against Aaron Jacob Coleman of Lemont Furnace for allegedly threatening to shoot James Alan Grimm of Lemont Furnace at 351 Main St., Lemont Furnace, at 3 p.m. June 28, state police said.
North Union Twp. Handgun stolen
State police said they are investigating the theft of a handgun from Gary Christopher Pastorius’ home at 214 Hopwood-Coolspring Road between March 1 and June 22.
North Union TWp. Burglary reported
State police said they are investigating a burglary at Angel Sigwalt’s home in Lemont Furnace that took place at 2:10 a.m. July 3.
South Union Twp. DUI arrest made
Joseph Jeileu Youler, 52, of 129 Dupont Village Road, Uniontown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop June 3 on Walnut Hill Road at the Shop ‘N Save Plaza on June 3, state police said.
Bullskin Twp. Truck damaged
Someone threw a beer bottle at a pickup truck owned by Thomas Scott Keefer Jr. of Connellsville while the truck was parked in front of 755 Route 982 between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. July 9, state police said. Police ask anybody with information about the incident to call the station at 724-439-7111.
Uniontown Stereo stolen
Uniontown police said Donna Redd reported that a car stereo had been stolen from her van outside of her home at 22 Locust St. at 7 a.m. July 9.
Franklin Twp. Man charged
Simple assault charges were filed against Jerrell Maurice Patrick, 22, of Jefferson for allegedly picking up Chelsea Lynn Piel, 19, and throwing her to the floor of her Mountain View Gardens apartment at 12:30 a.m. Monday, state police said. She was treated for a minor head injury at Southwest Regional Hospital in Waynesburg, police said.
Uniontown Jewelry stolen
Uniontown police said Leroy Conrad reported that several pieces of jewelry had been stolen from his home at 75 Lenox St. at 9:26 a.m. July 9.
Uniontown Bar cited
The state police Bureau of Liquor Control cited the South Side Pub, 375 S. Mount Vernon Ave., with selling more than 192 ounces of malt beverages or beer in one sale for off-premise consumption on May 31.
Dunbar Twp. Three cited
Edward Theodore Sokol, 40, of Lemont Furnace was charged with public drunkenness and Amy Cecelia Corvin, 47, of Connellsville and Kayla Louise Bumbalough, 19, of Connellsville were charged with disorderly conduct following a fight outside of 3009 W. Crawford Ave. at 8:40 p.m. July 8, state police said.
Luzerne Twp. Teen missing
State police said they are searching for Marissa Rae Lynn Boatright, 15, of Hiller after she was reported missing from her home on Fourth Street at 9 p.m. Sunday.
Police said Boatright had a disagreement with her grandmother and then left the home on foot. She is described as black, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green shirt. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-929-6262.
Redstone Twp. Woman cited
Myiesha Miranda Michaux, 26, of Brownsville was cited for criminal mischief after she damaged a door owned by Malcolm Washington, also of Brownsville, at a residence in Redstone Township at 5 a.m. Sunday, state police said. Later in the day, police said they filed a second citation against Michaux for criminal mischief after she allegedly broke a set of drinking glasses owned by Washington.

State police said scrap metal owned by Glen Gossett of Fayette City was stolen from a location on Shearer Road between June 30 and Sunday.
Perry Twp. Purse stolen
Saige Powell of Lebanon told police that her purse was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on Carocci Road in Perry Township on July 7, state police said.
