Uniontown teen bound for trial in alleged gang attack
A Uniontown teenager facing a dozen charges as an adult for his role in an alleged gang attack in Uniontown in May will stand trial. Uniontown police Detective Donald M. Gmitter said Roy Conrad Johnson, 16, was charged as an adult before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros with two counts of riot, two counts of conspiracy to commit riot, two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, simple assault, three counts of conspiracy to commit simple assault, disorderly conduct and conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct.
Metros bound all charges against Johnson for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing this morning.
Police arrested Johnson for his alleged involvement in the attack perpetrated by a teenage gang called the Killa Squad, Gmitter said.
