North Union Twp. Charge filed
State police said Paul Joseph Bandish, 41, of Uniontown was charged with drunken driving following a crash on Route 40 June 7.
South Union Twp. Man cited
Jeffrey Clark, 25, of Uniontown was cited for retail theft after he stole an item from inside the Uniontown Mall on Mall Run Road at 5:30 p.m. Monday, state police said.
