Prophet Brian Davis to appear at Uniontown church
Solid Rock Ministry Faith Hope Love, 34 Millview St., Uniontown, presents Prophet Brian Davis at 7 p.m. July 27-30. Davis is the founder of From Healing to Wholeness Conference, and has written three books.
He was licensed in 1993 by the UAFWBD under the leadership of Bishop M.N. McLean and served more than 15 years as praise and worship leader, conference delegate and musician.
In 1997, he was licensed and ordained by WBS Ministries Inc. under Apostle Lawrence C.M. Denning. Davis served WBS Full Gospel Non-Denomination Christian Center for nine years as vice president, assistant pastor, worship leader, prison and community outreach leader and assistant in the youth department.
Davis was appointed international praise and worship leader for Prophetess Juanita Bynum Weeks and Bishop Thomas Weeks III in 2005. He is now in full-time ministry, traveling the world with his wife, Caressia Davis.
Davis had the opportunity to sing back up for Daryl Coley, Dr. Marvin Sapp and Donnie McKlurklin while ministering with Global Destiny.
He has opened for Shirley Caeser, the Rev. Timothy Wright, Carmen and Warren Beamer, youth pastor for John Hagee. He has served as director/musician for Campbell University Gospel Choir for six years, director/musician for Fayetteville State University for two years, assistant director/musician for Triton High School Gospel Choir and was featured soloist on several live recordings.
Davis was mentor, featured writer, vocalist and musician for the 2006 CD “Changed” by gospel and R&B recording artist Tony Terry, featured vocalist for recording artist UAFWBD United Celebration Mass Choir, featured vocalist/songwriter for Grace Records recording artist Marvin Jeffrey and songwriter/assistant for producer, songwriter and owner of Studio 25 recording company, Denver Wright, who is known for the hit song “If You’re Gonna Pray, Don’t Worry.”
