Amateur Radio Club
The Uniontown Amateur Radio Club will hold its 61st annual Gabfest Sept. 4. There is free admission, parking, coffee and swap and shop. Gates open at 8 a.m. to the general public. Central Christian dartball
Central Christian Church ladies dartball team will hold a picnic at 6 p.m. Thursday at Meadow Heights. A picture will be taken for the church directory at 6:30 p.m.

Pirate game set
Central Christian Church will sponsor a bus trip to PNC Park in Pittsburgh for the Pittsburgh Pirate and Washington Nationals game on Sept. 4.
Appearing will be country music singer Luke Bryan. Zambelli fireworks will follow the game.
Members of the group will meet the Pirate players who will also pose for photos. Tickets are $35 each and include a picnic lunch and bus fare. Those attending will meet at the church at 4 p.m. on Sept. 4.
