Christine (Cree) Meade
Christine (Cree) Meade, 49, of Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania died on Friday, July 23, 2010 while in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Christine was born on May 6, 1961 in Sylmar, California the daughter of Richard Cree and Daphne (Von Rohr) Cree.
Christine, along with her husband, Eddie, owned and operated Meade Performance Horses where they trained, judged and sold horses.
Christine belonged to the 4H Club for twenty years.
She was also a member of the Appaloosa Horse Club.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Eddie Meade; five sons: Timothy Meade, Terrell Meade and L a m o n t M e a d e a l l of Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania Conley Major of California state, and B r e t t M e a d e of Uniontown, Pennsylvania; one granddaughter, Madison Meade; sisters: Pam Peterson of Arizona and Patty Johnson and husband Rick of California state; numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friends: K a r e n and J o s e p h Hall, Michelle and William Johnson and Fred Perkey.
Family will receive Friends in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME at 123 South First Street, West Side, Connellsville, Pennsylvania on Monday, July 26, 2010 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., the hour of the Service with Pastor Roger Richter officiating.
Interment will be private.
