Mace Eugene Copeland, Sr.
Mace Eugene Copeland, Sr., age 66 of Ronco, Pa., passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, July 22, 2010 in the Cherry Tree Nursing Center, Uniontown, Pa. He was born October 16, 1943 in Monessen, Pa., the son of the late Eugene Copeland and Lillian (Hadley) Copeland.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
Mace was a member of the First Baptist Church, Ronco. He was a graduate of Frazier High School.
He is survived by his loving children: Mace Copeland, Jr. and wife Carla of Ronco, Michael Copeland of Hawaii, Monica Liggins of Ohio, Tiffany Burden and husband Michael of Ronco, Gloria Peggues and husband Thomas of Ronco, Shenoqua Copeland of Atlanta, Georgia, Desiree Copeland of Louisiana and Mace Eugene Copeland Jr. of Louisiana; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild; a brother Eugene “Benny” Copeland of New Kensington, Pa. and a sister Francis Copeland of Monessen; several loving nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Friends will be received on Monday, July 26, 2010 in the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH of Ronco from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. William Nichols officiating.
Arrangements were entrusted to KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, Uniontown, PA.
Interment follows in the Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
