Hazel I. (Bircher) Arbogast
Hazel I. (Bircher) Arbogast, 94, of Smithfield, Pennsylvania died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Mount Macrina Manor, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. She was born May 16, 1916 in East Liberty, Ohio, daughter of George Bircher and Matilda (Holt) Bircher.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Pearl Arbogast on February 22, 1983; four sons: Robert Arbogast, Larry Arbogast, George Arbogast and Marvin Arbogast; brothers: Warren Bircher and Albert Bircher; and one sister, Marie Imler.
Surviving are the following children: Darley Arbogast and his wife J u l i e of Hawaii, M a t i l d a Peters of Clifton, Virginia, Allen Arbogast and his wife Linda of Smithfield, Garland Arbogast and his wife Ann of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Deborah Gabeletto and her husband James A. III of Smithfield, Ellery Arbogast and wife Donna of Uniontown, Pennsylvania; two daughters-in-law: Loretta Arbogast of Cleveland, Ohio, and Donna Arbogast of Chillicothe, Ohio; 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, Pennsylvania today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 until 10 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. George W. McLaughlin officiating.
Interment will follow in M a p l e G r o v e Cemetery, Fairchance, Pennsylvania.
