Jean Ann Flint Lacey
Jean Ann Flint Lacey, 64, of Brownsville (Lowhill), Pa., died unexpectedly Thursday, July 29, 2010 at her residence in Centerville Borough, Pa. She was born December 30, 1945 in Brownsville, Pa. a daughter of the late Marjorie Brenton Flint and Joseph Flint of Lowhill, Pa.
Mrs. Lacey was a 1963 graduate of Brownsville High School and also of Penn Commercial Business School.
She had been employed as an office manager for Sun Oil Inc. in Greensburg, Pa. for over 17 years and was a longtime member of the Taylor United Methodist Church, Brownsville, Pa. She was also a member of the Centerville American Legion Post #705 Ladies Auxiliary, United Methodist Women, and served as Secretary for the Binnstown-Lowhill Lions Club.
Surviving in addition to her father, is her husband, Clifford Lacey whom she married on August 31, 1964; one son, Scott Lacey (Rebecca Linton) of Lowhill, Pa.; one daughter, Kathy Ann Moore (Charles) of Fuquay Varina, NC; four grandchildren, Jessica Ward (Noel), Justin Opel, Charles Opel, and Danielle Lacey; one sister, Kathy Matteucci of Brownsville, Pa.; one brother, Joseph B. Flint of Scenery Hill, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 2-8 P.M. in the JOHN B. GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, Pa. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at a time to be announced.
