Gerald H. Darrell
0005875482-01-1.jpg 0005875482-01-2.jpg Gerald H. Darrell, 69, of McClellandtown, Pennsylvania passed away at home on Thursday May 27, 2010 w i t h h i s family by his side. H e w a s b o r n i n Connellsville P e n n s y l-v a n i a o n November 6, 1940 beloved son of John Darrell and Lucartha (Bell) Darrell.
Gerald was a member of the Amend Gun Club and the Messmore Rod & Gun Club and a social member of the Footedale Fire Hall.
His parents, wife Joyce (Ream) Darrell, and brothers John, Charles, Wayne and Frank, preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory are his children: Rodney Basinger and his wife Heather, Lori Fabian and her husband Ed, Pam Basinger, Donna Bonzo and her husband Ron, Charles Darrell and his wife Jeanne, Sherry Hixson and her husband Gary, Jake Basinger, and Clara Dauria and husband Joe; grandchildren: Susan, Eddie, Jamie, Bridget, Mike, Jessie, Waylon, N a n c y, Courtney, Trevor, H u n t e r, T a y l o r, Nathan, Tyler, Kolby, Kevin, Maria a n d Elizabeth; several great grand children; and a nephew, Mark Darrell and his family.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 N o r t h Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pennsylvania on Wednesday June 2, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, June 3, 2010 until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rufus Peer, Pastor, and Pastor Andy Miles officiating.
Entombment will follow in Chapel of Memories Mausoleum, Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pennsylvania
