Mrs. Nancy Carol (Washabaugh) Black, 66, formerly of Connellsville, Pa., passed away at her home in Warrenton, Va. on Saturday June 5, 2010. Her parents were the late Norman C. and Cora B. (Riggar) Washabaugh also of Connellsville, Pa.

She is survived by her husband William H. Black of Warrenton, Va.; Daughter Mrs. Lisa Cutsail, husband Jim, and son Jarret of Warrenton, Va.; Son Brian Black, wife Noelle and sons Ethan and Will of Warrenton, Va.; and Brother Warren Washabaugh and wife Dollie of Monongahela, Pa.

A Memorial Service will be held at the WARRENTON PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH 91 Main St, Warrenton, VA 20186 on Sunday June 13 at 1:00 p.m.
