Wendy J. (Gore) Kroll
0005882922-01-2.jpg 0005882922-01-1.jpg Wendy J. (Gore) Kroll, age 39, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Montifiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born on September 23, 1970 in Connellsville, PA, daughter of Mirl W. “Sonny” and Lorraine R. (Mego) Gore, of Mount Braddock, PA.
She was predeceased by her sister, Paula J. Gore, maternal grandparents, Anna and Paul Mego, paternal grandfather, Earl Gore, step-grandfather George Glass, maternal grandmother Helen M. Glass, and uncles, Paul C. Mego, George Babyak, and Ed Jobes.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Frank M. Kroll, II.; aunts & uncles, Robert Mego and his wife Jean, Earl Mego, Kenneth Mego and his wife Connie, James Mego and his wife Loreen, Eileen Begovich and her husband Rick, Carole Babyak, Martha Mego, George Glass and his wife Cindy, Faye Linton and her husband John, Sara Jobes, Dana Fetsko and her husband Joe,
She is also survived by her grandmother-in-law, Ruth Cavalcante, father-in-law, Frank M. Kroll, mother-in-law, Bernadette Kroll, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Nanette Kroll, Annette Kroll, Kevin Kroll, and Karen Brown and husband James, nieces and nephews, Nathan and Nicole Brown, special friends Tara and Rodney Keller and their daughters Rachael and Sarah, several cousins, and many friends.
Wendy was a member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, where she was a greeter. She had been employed with O.C. Cluss Company in the past. She was an avid reader, and loved shopping, going to the movies, and traveling with her husband.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 603 North Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, June 12, from 7-9 p.m., Sunday, June 13, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.; and on Monday, June 14, 2010 until 10 a.m., the Hour of Service with Father Michael J. Crookston, and the Rev. Jim Jobes officiating.
Interment will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Shady Grove, Mt. Braddock, Pa.
