Barbara Ann Lowman
0005883712-01-1.jpg Barbara Ann Lowman, 70, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 10, 2010 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born January 3, 1940 in Pittsburgh, Pa., daughter of the late Curtis Thompson and the late Bertha Lynn Thompson.
She was a founding member of Triumphant Fellowship Church.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her loving husband of 49 years, Robert N. Lowman and seven children, Norman, of Virginia, Amy Barnhart and husband Brian, Leckrone, Charles and wife Teresa, Lemont Furnace, Keith and friend Joy, Everson, Lyndel Spiker and husband Tom, Gibbons Glade, Terry, Lemont Furnace, Elizabeth Leighty and husband Jeffrey, Little Brownfield, sisters, Betty Horne, Fellsburgh, Pa. and Doris Coughenour, Banning, Pa., nine grandchildren, Alyssa, Eric, Brandon, C.J., Kyle, Alex, Abigail, Zachary and Matthew.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James.
Friends will be received today, Sunday, June 13 in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville St., Dunbar, PA., with additional visitation in Triumphant Fellowship Church, Rt. 21, McClellandtown, PA. on Monday, June 14, 2010, from 1 to 2 p.m. with services to follow at 2:00 with Pastor Thomas H. Barnhart Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights, Uniontown.
