Michael Kozup Jr.
Michael Kozup Jr., age 89, of Brownsville, Pennsylvania died Friday, June 11, 2010 at his home. Born on August 28, 1920 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania he was the Son of Theresa and Michael Kozup Sr.
Michael served with the Merchant Marines during World War II.
He was a member of the Teamsters.
He was predeceased by his Parents; his Wife, Mary Lou Rohrer Kozup; one Brother, George Kozup; and one Sister, Ethel Kozup.
He is survived by four Children: Linda Savochka and husband Sam, East Millsboro, Michale Sudul and husband Bill, New Bern, North Carolina Scott Kozup and wife Gina, New Bern, North Carolina and David Kozup and wife Sherri, Greenville, North Carolina; 12 Grandchildren: Brandon Savochka and his wife Tracy, Jason Savochka and his wife MiMi, Justin Savochka, Roni McKernan and husband Jeff, Ryan Sudul, Randon Sudul, Ragan Hayek and husband Rick, Jeremy Kozup and wife Delinah, Darci Noonan and husband Sean, Josh Kozup, Lauren Kozup, Kayla Kozup; twelve Great Grandchildren: Amber Gaggiani, Ty and Cade Savochka, Samantha and Laci Savochka, Adam Sudul, Olivia and Braden Savochka, Rilyn and Reid Hayek, Vayda and Cash Kozup; one Great-Great Granddaughter, Riley Peffer; and Brothers: Andrew Kozup of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and Jerry Kozup and his wife Terri of Butler, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received in SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pennsylvania on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 15, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Candace Cook officiating.
Entombment will follow in Chapel of Memories Mausoleum, Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pennsylvania.
