Melba Gertrude Secrest Bryner
Melba Gertrude Secrest Bryner, age 101, of Revere, Pa. passed away peacefully on Friday evening, June 11, 2010 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 17, 1908 in Rockwood, Pa., the daughter of the late Robert James Secrest and Sarah Hoover Secrest.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons: Kenneth and James Bryner and also her brothers and sisters.
Melba was a very devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be truly missed by her loving family and all that knew her.
She loved gardening and was a licensed practical nurse.
She is survived by her loving children: Sarah Krofcheck of Uledi, Pa., and Betty Jordan and husband Fred of California; her loving grandchildren: Scott Krofcheck and wife Rhonda of Uniontown, Kim Hudock and husband John of Uniontown, James Bryner and wife Mary of Ohio, and Derek Bryner of Uniontown; her great-grandchildren: Sarah McLaughlin, Kristina Hudock, and Nadia Krofcheck.
Private viewing for her family will be held in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa.
Interment will follow in Mt. Macrina Cemetery.
