By Herald Standard Staff 1 min read

State police and county coroner officials are still trying to notify the family of a woman killed when a van transporting seven Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa employees crashed Sunday morning in Wharton Township. Fayette County Deputy Coroner Jessie Langer said today that investigators have identified the woman, who is in her 60s, but police have been unable to contact any of her relatives.

‘Right now we cannot release the woman’s identity because we are still trying to notify next of kin,” Langer said. “We are have a difficult time finding the victim’s family.”
