MASONTOWN – A woman is in the Fayette County Prison after she allegedly fired four rounds from a handgun toward her boyfriend during a dispute in Masontown this afternoon. Masontown police Chief Joseph C. Ryan said Latoya R. Brown, 28, of Masontown was charged before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person following the incident.

Ryan said Brown had planned to meet her boyfriend, Ronald Calloway, also of Masontown, at a location in the borough around 1 p.m. to exchange some property.
