Vivian Yauger
Vivian Yauger, 82 of Nemacolin, Pa., formerly of Connellsville, Pa., passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010 in Uniontown Hospital. She was born November 12, 1927 in Greensburg, Pa., a daughter of the late Clarence and Elsie Henry Quartz.
Vivian was Protesant by faith. She retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. where she worked in the Reselect Department for several years. Vivian liked working crossword puzzles, playing Bingo and traveling to casinos.
While living in Connellsville, she was an active member of the F.O. Eagles 493 and Sons of Columbus Club.
She is survived by her loving daughter Karen Gailey and her husband Bob with whom she resided in Nemacolin.; grandchildren: Dennis C. Stoner and wife Amanda of Canonsburg and Kenneth E. Stoner of Nemacolin; great grandchildren: Nikki Stoner and Shawn Stoner of Nemacolin, Kyli Stoner of Dunbar Township and Kenny Stoner of Springfield, Missouri; a sister Wilma Reinsel of Frog Town, Pa.; three nieces: Deneise Snyder and husband Lee of Apollo, Kay Ellen Goyak and husband George of South Carolina and Paula Gilliand and husband Mike of Limestone, Pa.; a nephew Mark Reinsel and wife Gwen of Clarion, Pa.
In addition to her parents, Vivian was predeceased by her husband Don Yauger in 1995 and a grandson Shawn Patrick Gailey.
Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME, 123 South First Street, West Side Connellsville and Saturday until 10 a.m., the Hour of Service with Pastor Larry Georgiana officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
