FARMINGTON
Susan “Sue” Lohr VanSickle Susan “Sue” Lohr VanSickle, 63, of Farmington passed away Friday, June 18, 2010 in the Uniontown Hospital.
Born March 19, 1947 in Farmington, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Hugh Lohr and Leona Fike Lohr Reckart.
“Sue” was a 35-year member of Laurel Mountain Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Lawrence R. VanSickle Sr.; five brothers and one sister: Lauren “Buck” Lohr, Roger Lohr, Bill Lohr, Norman Lohr, Chuck Reckart and Ruth Ann Frazee.
Surviving are her son/best friend, Larry VanSickle; four siblings: Herb and Beverly Lohr of McClellandtown, Dave and Phyllis Lohr of Martin, Pennsylvania, Terry and Judy Reckart of North Carolina and Jim and Mary Reckart of Ronco, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD F U N E R A L H O M E, FARMINGTON, Pennsylvania on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, June 24, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with the Rev. Robert Norman officiating.
Interment will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.
At Sue’s request, there are to be NO FLOWERS.
