Several teens cited

Newell Southwestern Regional police cited 13 people for underage drinking after they were called to a loud party at 717 Fourth St. around 3 a.m. Saturday. Cited were: Jeremy Tritle, 19, of Gibsonia; Steven Toth, 19, of Perryopolis; Evan Phillips, 19, of Plum; Robert Staley Jr., 19, of Newell; and Brett Perry, 18; Eric Hiller, 19; David Johnson, 19; Jenna Martis, 18; Zachary Naylor, 19; Zachary Yonash, 19; Kaly Bilski, 19; Zachary Lyons, 18; and Joseph Guarinoni, 19, all of Belle Vernon. Belle Vernon Woman charged

Southwestern Regional police said Gene Marie Boltze, 56, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs after she allegedly sold another resident of her apartment complex two Oxycontin pills on Sunday. Police said she was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros, who put her in Fayette County Prison on $100,000 percentage bond.

SOUTH UNION TWP. Woman charged

State police said Vicki Jo Kozuch of Somerset was charged with retail theft after she tried to steal items from the Dollar General Store on McClellandtown Road at 1:48 p.m. Friday.

North Union Twp. Theft reported

State police said a skid loader owned by Derry Construction Co. was stolen from a location on Gallatin Avenue Extension between Wednesday and Friday.

Bullskin Twp. Man cited

Frederick Junior Bowers of Bullskin Township was cited for harassment following an altercation with a teenage girl at a location on Rock Ridge Road at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

Bullskin Twp. Citation filed

State police said James Lee of Uniontown was cited for harassment following an incident involving Tiffany Smith of Bullskin Township at 538 Rich Hill Road on June 2.

Markleysburg Windshield broken

State police said vandals damaged the windshield of a vehicle owned by Amanda Svenungsen of Markleysburg while it was parked in Markleysburg Friday morning.

North Union Twp. Teens charged

State police said two teenagers were charged with theft after they were caught stealing from a vehicle owned by Tri-State Detergent Services while it was parked at a business in North Union Township Thursday afternoon.

Jefferson Twp. Bicycle stolen

State police said a bicycle owned by a 16-year-old boy from Rices Landing was stolen from a location on Greene River Trail in Jefferson Township, Greene County, between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m. Saturday.

East Bethlehem Twp. Man charged

Robert Scott White, 38, of Marianna was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Route 88 in East Bethlehem Township on April 4, state police said.

East Huntingdon Twp. Four injured

State police in Greensburg said the driver and three passengers sustained various degrees of injuries when driver Gregory R. Reshenberg of Uniontown lost control of his car on Route 819 and hit a utility pole around 10:40 p.m. Monday. Police said two passengers, an unidentified man and an unidentified woman, sustained major injuries in the crash. Reshenberg and passenger Derek Miller of Grindstone both sustained moderate injuries, police said.

Brownsville Man arrested

Brownsville police said Michael Martin, 29, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault and cited for harassment after he allegedly hit Renee Kobally around 2:15 p.m. Monday.
