William E. Chasko Jr.
0005891667-01-1.jpg William E. Chasko Jr., age 56 of Smock, Pa. passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010 with his loving family by his side. He was born May 16, 1954 in Hollywood, Ca., son of the late William Edward Chasko Sr. and Alma S. Bordas Chasko.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Mark T. Chasko.
Mr. Chasko was formerly employed in the Mines at Bobtown and Banning but for the past several years was a self-employed contactor highly skilled in all aspects of home remodeling and repair.
He was a 1972 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School.
Surviving are Jill Molton “the love of his life” and her family; children: Melissa Turner and husband Trubie III of Morgantown, WV and Shelby Chasko and fiance Travis Matthews of Uniontown, Pa.; sister, Carroll Whitehead and husband John T. of Zelienople, Pa.; brother, Gerald Chasko and wife Lois of Madison, OH and sister, Nancy Henderson and husband Keith of Canonsburg, Pa.; and these nieces and nephews: Deidra, Colleen and Abbey Whitehead, A.J., Ross and Clinton Chasko, Zack and Bethany Henderson.
Friends will be received in the J. HARRY JOHNSTON FUNERAL HOME, 65 N. Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held in the Funeral Home at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Bernard Carl officiating.
Interment will be private.
