Joseph Raymond Raciborski, 86 of Waynesburg, Pa., WWII Vet, Houston Police Dept., constable, RCA retiree, died Friday, June 25, 2010. Survived by daughters: Sherri Falor, Donna Howard (Billy), Denise Frantz (Tim) and Toni Ferencak (John); 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and 2 sisters: Dolores Progar and Rita Sammartino.

Memorial service at 4 p.m. Monday in Jefferson Baptist Church. Arrangements by BEHM, Jefferson.
