Menallen Twp. State police said a Uniontown woman’s two Home Depot gift cards worth a total of $600 were stolen from a residence on Poundstone Road in April. South Union Twp. Woman charged

Andrea Erdely, 18, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft after she allegedly stole clothing from Burlington Coat Factory at Uniontown Mall at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Henry Clay Twp. Man charged

State police said Mitchell Hartman, 37, of Markleysburg was charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly ran several hundred feet of water line on property owned by William Fike, 74, of Ruffsdale.

Wharton Twp. Man charged

State police said Carl Marbury, 48, of Pittsburgh was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed and pushed a 13-year-old at the Heritage Reservation around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday.

North Union Twp. Charges filed

Aaron Allan Angelo, 28, of Fairchance was charged with harassment after he allegedly verbally threatened Nathaniel Cecil Moreland, 25, of Uniontown at a home on North Gallatin Avenue around 5 p.m. Monday, state police said.

Franklin Twp. Woman injured

State police in Belle Vernon said Marci S. Protos, 40, of Perryopolis sustained minor injuries when her vehicle rolled over several times on Route 51 around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

West Pike Run Twp.

State police in Belle Vernon said Cheryl Ann Hindman, 50, of Scenery Hill reported that someone broke into her home on Beallsville Road Wednesday and stole a gun, computer and other items on Wednesday.

Redstone Twp. Business burglarized

State police in Belle Vernon said someone broke into a storage shed at the Pizza Hut in Grindstone between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning and stole paper towels, toilet paper and dish detergent.

Redstone Twp. Man charged

Michael William Kovach, no age listed, of Grindstone was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop, Redstone Township police said.

He was also cited for driving with a suspended license, careless driving and having an expired registration, police said.

German Twp. Car damaged

State police said Kathryn Ann Hice, 37, of New Salem reported that someone threw eggs at her car while it was parked in Second Street in Footedale on Thursday.

Luzerne Twp. Tickets taken

State police in Belle Vernon said seven Three Million Dollar Golden Nugget scratch off lottery tickets were stolen from Penncraft Foods in East Millsboro on Tuesday. The tickets are valued at $25 each, police said.

Luzerne Twp. Accident reported

Stanley Bennett, 47, of LaBelle sustained minor injuries when his car overturned and hit a guiderail on Narrows Road around 9 p.m. Tuesday, state police in Belle Vernon said.

Franklin Twp. Accident reported

State police in Belle Vernon said neither driver involved in a two-vehicle accident on Old Route 51 around 7 a.m. June 21 was injured.

The drivers were identified as Allen W. Tuttle Jr., 35, of Hopwood and Ryan E. Sendek, 26, of Perryopolis.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Damage reported

Alisha Nicole Pravlik, 19, of Everson reported that someone broke a window on her car while it was parked on Broadford Road on June 21.

South Union Twp.

State police said someone stole three sets of comforters from Sears at the Uniontown Mall on June 21.
