0005893342-01-1.jpg Rhonda Lee Rutherford, age 35, of East Millsboro, Pennsylvania was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 27, 2010 after a lo n g a n d courageous battle with C r o h n ‘ s Disease. B o r n o n November 24, 1974 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, Rhonda was the daughter of Harry Rutherford Jr. and Patricia (Doonan) Rutherford of East Millsboro, Pennsylvania.
Rhonda enjoyed her time with her family and especially treasured her nieces, Corrinne and Ava.
She left a gift of many happy memories for her friends and family.
Always a true friend to everyone who entered her life.
Rhonda made friends easily with her contagious smile and engaging conversation and was loved by everyone who met her.
Rhonda was very proud of her service in America Corps.
She is survived by her Parents, Harry Rutherford Jr. and Patricia Doonan Rutherford, East Millsboro; Sister, Tricia A. Stahl and husband Alan of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania; Nieces: Corrinne and Ava; Paternal Grandmother, Mildred Rutherford, LaBelle, Pennsylvania; Uncles and Aunts: William Rutherford and wife Mary, LaBelle, Frank Rutherford and wife Debbie, of Brownsville, Pennsylvania,
Helen Kavulic and husband Joe of East Millsboro, Karen Rutherford of Hiller, Larry Rutherford and wife Rose of LaBelle, Thomas Doonan and his wife Margaret of California state, Gini Klienfelter of Maryland, Paul Doonan and his wife Terri of Irwin, Pennsylvania and Teresa Doonan of Liberty Boro, Pennsylvania; and numerous Cousins.
She was predeceased by her Maternal Grandparents: Clyde and Anne Doonan; and Paternal Grandfather, Harry Rutherford Sr.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HONE, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pennsylvania on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. David Chin officiating
Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pennsylvania.
