North Union Twp. State police said Eric Jason Teets, 30, and Zandra Lee Jones, 29, both of Dawson, were each charged following an alleged altercation April 28 with Charles Clark and Heather Blake, both of Granville, W.Va. Police said Teets swung a tire iron at Clark, and Jones threatened Blake and threw a bottle at her car.

Bullskin Twp. Vandalism reported

State police said vandals damaged a gravesite at a cemetery on Greenlick Hollow Road between May 8 and May 10.

South Union Twp. Man charged

Edward Allen Hall Jr., 21, of Uniontown was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct following an altercation with Becky Leadingham of Morgantown, W.Va., April 18, state police said.

South Union Twp. Three injured

State police said vehicles driven by William Dean and Dena Bailey, both of Uniontown, collided on New Salem Road on April 30.

Police said both drivers and a passenger in Bailey’s vehicle, David Naugle, also of Uniontown, suffered injuries.

North Union Twp. Medication stolen

Patricia Connelly of North Union Township told police that a woman stole her prescription medication from her home on Confer Drive on April 30, state police said.

Brownsville Man cited

Albert VanDivner of Brownsville was cited for disorderly conduct and defiant trespass following an incident on Tuesday involving Melinda King, also of Brownsville, at her South Hills Terrace apartment, according to Brownsville borough police.

North Union Twp. Assault charges

James William Nebraska, 34, of Lemont Furnace, was charged by state police with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment, after he threatened to cut a 16-year-old male at the railroad overpass in Lemont Furnace on May 5.

Saltlick Township One person injured

One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident along Pine Slope Road at 3:50 p.m. Friday when a vehicle driven by Randall E. Porterfield, 16, of Melcoft, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree. A passenger, Austin M. Shawley, 16, of Melcroft, was taken to Frick Hospital by Fayette EMS with moderate injuries. Another passenger, a 14 year-old male, was not injured.

North Union Twp. DUI charge

Paul Raymond Crawford, 59, of Uniontown, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol while driving along Route 119 at Penn State Fayette.

Bullskin Twp. Criminal mischief

Arlene Caliguire of Mount Pleasant told police someone damaged a fence late Thursday along her property on North Mountainview Drive.

Perry Twp. Disorderly conduct

State police at Belle Vernon cited Deborah Ann Pishko, 34, of Fayette City, and two 14-year-old females and one 15-year old female with disorderly conduct and harassment following a verbal altercation April 26 in Star Junction.

Upper Tyrone Twp. Theft reported

Douglas Huff, 71, of Connellsville told police someone stole a 24-foot aluminum extension ladder and a Poulan gas powered leaf blower Wednesday from outside his residence.

Luzerne Twp. Theft reported

Earnest George of Palmer-Adah Road reported his green Wood General log-splitter stolen from his property between 1 and 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Fayette City Borough Harassment charge

State police at Belle Vernon charged Fred Duval Jr. of Fayette City with harassment.

He was accused with physically assaulting Rhonda Duval Friday at a residence along Connellsville Street in Fayette City Borough.

Franklin Twp. Vehicle accident

S.R. Shearer, 52, of Smock was taken to Uniontown Hospital by Fayette EMS ambulance with injuries after the car she was driving was struck at 7:30 a.m. Thursday by a vehicle driven by Justin S. Long, 21, of Smock. Police said Long’s vehicle was traveling at an excessive rate of speed and failed to negotiate a curve, striking Shearer’s vehicle.

State police charged Long with driving too fast for conditions.
