Stella Renee Jackman Cook, 51, Carmichaels, Pennsylvania who worked as a Caregiver for the elderly, died Saturday, May 22, 2010 in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, Pa. Stella is survived by her parents, Arleigh “Bud” and Thelma Courie Jackman; three children: Christopher Clark, William Clark, Crystal Clark Hunnell; five grandchildren; sisters: T. J. Barbetta (Tony) and Patty Koratich (George); aunts, uncles and cousins.
