A trooper tried to conduct a traffic stop on Roger Strawser, 58, of Oakland on Saturday after he allegedly swerved into the opposing lane on South Gallatin Avenue just before 8 p.m. According to court paperwork, Strawser sped up, driving 64 mph in a 35 mph in a residential area of North Gallatin Avenue. Uniontown police alleged Brianna Harris, 33, broke into a home at 67 Whiteman Ave. around 9 p.m. on Nov. 5 to confront Abbey Smith about a shared loved interest.
