Jon Delano, money and politics editor for KDKA-TV, will serve as moderator when a panel of political experts returns to California University to examine the results of the 2010 election. The 2010 Election Analysis Forum will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday in Room 110 of the Eberly Science and Technology Center, on the main campus in California.

Speakers are William C. Binning, professor emeritus of political science at Youngstown State University; Louis Jacobson, staff writer for the PolitiFact online fact-checking website and a frequent contributor to PoliticsPA.com; Costas Panagopoulos, director of the Center for Electoral Politics and Democracy at Fordham University in New York; and Daniel M. Shea, director of the Center for Political Participation at Allegheny College in Meadville.

Panelists will discuss the mood of the electorate going into the midterm race, the issues that defined the 2010 election and the results both in Pennsylvania and in Washington, D.C. The presentation will close with a question-and-answer session.

The forum is free, and the public may attend. Parking is available in the Vulcan garage.
