Loretta D. Thornton Risher, R.N., Pittsburgh School of Nursing graduate (1978), the owner/operator Donna Lynn’s Candyland and Restaurant in Verona, died Thursday morning, October 14, 2010. Survivors: sons: Joseph A. Risher (Sue), Dale E. Risher (Jayme); grandchildren: Jamie Kelley, Thomas Carrigan, Amy, K r i s t y, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Christopher Risher; four great grandchildren; siblings: Lois Scandinario, Robert C. Thornton (Bea), Mary Wise (Doug), Joseph Thornton, James Thornton, and Patricia Quesenberry (Robert).
