By Herald Standard Staff 1 min read

Uniontown police said they are investigating after a North Union Township man was bleeding and delusional in a parking lot early Saturday. Officer Matthew Painter said police were called to the parking lot of Mount Vernon Towers on West Main Street shortly after 4 a.m. for a report of a man laying in his underwear in the parking lot.

Painter said when police arrived they found James Keefer, 51, of 139 Brushwood Road laying on the pavement with multiple abrasions and lacerations to his face. Painter said “a significant amount of blood” was also on Keefer and the ground around him.
