Redstone Township bank robbed at gunpoint

By Herald Standard Staff 1 min read

A bank in Redstone Township was held up for the second time in two weeks Friday, state police said. No injuries were reported when an armed man entered the PNC Bank on Route 40 shortly before 10 a.m.

Police said the suspect, described only as a white man wearing a black mask, brandished a handgun and demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the bank.
