Henry J. Rossi
0005934660-01-1.jpg Henry J. Rossi, age 83, of Uniontown, passed on Sunday September 5, 2010. He was born May 12, 1927, in Republic, Pa, son of Phillip and Rose (Tassotti) Rossi.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his son, David Rossi.
Henry was a member of St. Therese Roman Catholic Church.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Olive (Brandt) Rossi; children: Mark Rossi of Hopwood, PA, Phillip B. Rossi and his wife, Connie of Morgantown, WV, Richard Rossi and his wife, Lisa (Vulcan) Rossi of Pittsburgh, PA, Karen Wycinsky and her husband, Gary of McClelland-town, PA, Jacqueline (Rossi) Vignali and her husband, Larry of Alexandria, VA; grandchildren: Rebecca Vignali, Emma Vignali, Rachel Marie Wycinsky and Carly Jane Wycinsky.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. today from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Wednesday, September 8, 2010 until 9:15, when prayers of transfer will be said.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Therese Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Michael W. Matusak as Celebrant.
Parish Wake service will be held today at 3 p.m.
Interment will follow in Mt. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa., where military honors will be accorded by the VFW Post 47 of Uniontown.
