Police investigate alleged rape in German Township
GERMAN TWP. – State police are investigating after a woman told police she was raped and beaten by an unidentified man in German Township Monday. Trooper Alec J. Hamilton said the incident occurred when the unidentified suspect stopped his vehicle on Middle Run Road and offered a ride to the alleged victim.
The 48-year-old woman accepted the offer but told police that the man then drove her to a secluded area off of Middle Run Road and raped her inside of his vehicle, Hamilton said.
