Charges dismissed in alleged assault case
All charges were dismissed Tuesday afternoon against a Uniontown man accused of assaulting a woman inside her home in July. Uniontown police Officer Dave Hromada said Homer A. “Buddy” Utterback, 43, of 277 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown was charged before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
