Uniontown man charged with striking pedestrian with pickup truck

A Uniontown man is facing multiple charges after he struck another man with his pickup truck Tuesday afternoon in Uniontown, police said. Uniontown police Sgt. Wayne Brown said Ronald Romesburg, 29, of 105 Millview St. was charged early today before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr. with aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and accidents involving personal injury.

Brown said the incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on Veech Street.
