Eight fire companies are on the scene of a house fire in the 100 block of Thompson 2 Road. According to Fayette County emergency dispatch, the house is occupied. The Tower Hill, Edenborn, Allison 2, Adah, Footedale, South Brownsville, Isabella and Republic fire departments are on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
