Virginia B. Allen, age 92 of Smock, Pa., passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Friends will be received in the BLAIR – LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa. today (Friday) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday until 10 a.m., the hour of service with the Rev. Donald Kephart from Asbury United Methodist of Uniontown.

Interment will be in Bowman-Flatwoods Cemetery, Vanderbilt, RD#1, PA.
