Theft reported
North Union Twp. State police said someone broke into a home on Peach Lane on Friday and stole a high-definition television. No further information was available from police. North Union Twp. Phone stolen
State police said that Sarah Oswald, 26, of Scottdale reported she left her cell phone in a restroom at the ASI Clinic on Pittsburgh Street and it was stolen Friday morning.
South Union Twp. Three injured
State police said that Kenny L. Metz Jr., 24, and Jessica Samons, 24, both of New Geneva, and Marguerite G. Kennedy, 79, of Point Marion were all injured in a two-vehicle accident Sept. 18 on Matthew Drive. Metz and Kennedy were driving the vehicles involved. Samons was a passenger in Metz’s vehicle, police said.
Georges Twp. Mailboxes vandalized
State police said that three residents who live in the area of Sleepy Hollow Road reported that their mailboxes were vandalized between 3 and 4 a.m. Saturday.
German Twp. Woman charged
State police said Tonja Lynn Snyder, 28, of Ronco was charged with retail theft after she allegedly stole multiple items from the Shop ‘N Save supermarket Saturday morning.
Bullskin Twp.
State police said William Johnson reported that someone stole his go-cart from 428 Quail Hill Road on Saturday.
Belle Vernon Brothers charged
After they were summoned to 19 Broad Ave. three times, Southwestern Regional police said they charged Jordan Michael Marish, 21, and Jeremy Alan Marish, 19, both of Belle Vernon, with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Police reported that the brothers got into a physical fight and each sustained minor injuries.
South Union Twp. Man charged
State police said that Robert A. Messinger of Merrittstown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on New Salem Road at Matthew Drive at 3:13 a.m. Aug. 15.
Springhill Twp. Charges filed
State police said that Dale Wayne Allen of Maidsville, W.Va., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on Route 166 around 8:40 p.m. Aug. 13.
Wharton Twp. Theft attempted
State police said that Mark Alan Blosser, 32, of Bruceton Mills, W.Va., was charged with attempted theft after he allegedly tried to take a salvage transmission from Shartzer’s Auto Wreckers on Route 40 on Sept. 17.
German Twp. Window broken
Daniel John Ponticel, no age or address listed, reported that someone broke the passenger side window of his vehicle while it was in the parking lot of a business on Route 21 on Saturday evening, state police said.
North Union Twp. Two charged
State police said Mitchell Gibbs, 18, and Michael Haines, 27, both of Uniontown, were cited for harassment after they got into a physical confrontation at 633 Washington Ave. in the Holiday Inn Mobile Home Park on Thursday.
Belle Vernon Window damaged
Southwestern Regional police said that someone used a BB gun to shoot a hole in a window at the home of Pete Tallerico on Market Street in Belle Vernon on Sunday.
Masontown
Masontown police said Myra Jordan, 32, of Masontown reported that someone stole her daughter’s iPod over the weekend.
California Charge filed
An agent from the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement charged the Italo-American Citizens Club violated the law when it served alcoholic beverages after its license expired on June 30.
Uniontown Garage burglarized
Uniontown police said they are investigating reports of an unidentified male breaking into a garage on Easy Street at least twice Saturday night and stealing items.
Everson Damage reported
State police in Belle Vernon said that someone broke the window of a trailer owned by Jeffrey A. Swank while it was parked on Graff Street on Sept. 19.
Uniontown Bicycle stolen
Brad Wilkinson of Uniontown reported a gold 20-inch BMX bicycle was stolen from a locked garage at 339 W. Berkeley St. on Friday, Uniontown police said. Wilkinson also reported that several other items have recently been stolen from the garage, according to police.
Uniontown Money stolen
Uniontown police said Susan Blanc of Uniontown reported $600 was stolen from her residence at 43 S. Gordon St. at 5:10 p.m. Friday.

Uniontown police said Kim Riggar, 43, of Uniontown was cited for public drunkenness following an incident in the city at 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
Uniontown Man cited
Jeffrey Gaddis, 25, of Hopwood was cited for public drunkenness and having an open container of alcohol following an incident on South Street at 2:06 a.m. Sunday, Uniontown police said.
