Icy conditions close summit

The Pennsylvania State Police closed a section of Route 40 Saturday evening starting at 8:30 p.m. due to icing conditions on the summit.

State police said the road would remain closed until the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is able to plow and salt the road.
