Jerry R. Allamon, age 29, of Masontown passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011 at his home.

He was born October 8, 1981 in Uniontown, the son of Diane Wilk Cole and Robert Cole of New Salem.

Jerry attended the First Christian Church of New Salem, was a former employee of Energy Contractors, an avid fisherman and hunter and a loving father who cared deeply for his two sons.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two sons: Hunter Wayne Allamon of Lamberton and Jace Charles Brooks of Masontown; a sister and two brothers: Tammy Allamon and Tim Berdar of New Salem, Josh Cole of McKeesport and Jake Cole and his wife, Jamie of Peters Twp.; his cherished God Child and niece, Taylor Marie Berdar; his special God Father, Robert Wilk; grandparents: Robert and Pearl Cole and four nephews.

Family and friends were received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem on Monday, April 25, 2011 from 10 a.m. until Noon, at which time Pastor Andy Miles offered prayer.

Interment followed in St. Thomas Church Cemetery, Footedale, Pa.
