Mia DeFrank Applause

The Uniontown Rotary Club has honored Mia DeFrank, a senior at Uniontown Area High School, as a student of the month for February 2011.

The daughter of Dominic and Roxann DeFrank of Uniontown, she plans to attend Penn State University to major in elementary education.

DeFrank is involved in National Honor Society, Interact club, SADD senior class secretary, Future Teachers of America, cheer leading and was the 2010 Homecoming queen.
