Georgetta Leona Cummings Dvorak
Georgetta Leona Cummings Dvorak, 91, of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, July 29, 2011.
Georgetta belonged to the Central Christian Church in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
She enjoyed painting beautiful plaster crafts, Indian plaques, knitting, crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dvorak; parents, Mildred and George Cummings; sisters, Mildred, Garnet and Gladyes; and two brothers, Harry and William.
Georgetta is survived by sons: Jerald (Betty Kuznar) Bakota and Henry (Kathryn Fike) Bakota; grandchildren: Samantha Shadursky, Kelley Feerer, Kim Gaubeaux and Christopher Bakota; and seven great-grandchildren.
Ashes will be scattered in Fairchance, Pennsylvania with her mother and father.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Christian Church, 23 South Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401.
